You can access previous statements online at no cost via EPCOR's ebill as soon as you sign up. With this option, you will receive monthly email notifications to view your bill online, a summary of your current balance, and the payment due date. This service is meant for viewing your statements and does not offer payment methods. EPCOR stores your bills online for up to 24 months.

Print copies

You can request up to one year's worth of printed bill statements by contacting EPCOR Customer Service at 310-4300. Please be aware that we charge $3.00 (plust GST) per duplicate copy for any previous month's statements. (These fees will be added to your next statement). It takes up to one week to process your statements, which are printed and mailed to you.
